2. Eligibility for Refunds

- Failure to deliver the package within the agreed-upon timeframe due to reasons within our control.
- Loss of a package while in our custody.
- Damage to the package caused by mishandling during transit.
- Erroneous charges or duplicate payments.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Delays due to weather, natural disasters, traffic, or unforeseen road conditions.
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the sender.
- Failure of the recipient to accept or retrieve the package.
- Packages containing prohibited or restricted items.
- Delays caused by regulatory inspections or customs processes.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must:
- Submit a refund request within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
- Provide proof of payment, tracking number, and relevant documentation (e.g., photos of damaged goods).

5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a service credit.
- Service credits must be used within 90 days from the date of issuance.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is denied, customers may appeal by submitting additional supporting documentation within 5 business days of the denial. Appeals will be reviewed, and a final decision will be communicated within 7 business days.
